Account Manager / Sales Executive

We are Storm Front Promotions, promotional product supplier since 2000, is in the hunt for an experienced Account Manager/Sales Executive for our Calgary based company.

We are looking for self-motivated, self-driven, sales professional to be part of Promotional Product Industry.

A confident, enthusiastic and organized personal who will be tasked with generating revenue through developing corporate accounts. This position will be responsible for developing and growing business, generate revenue and handle customer inquiries professionally. This will be a B2B sales in which the individual will handle/initiate outbound and inbound calls, email inquiries, walk ins, etc. to develop new business for the company.

Our sales executives earn a commission and with hard work one can expect to make close to six figures in under 3 years!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level of customer service to existing and new client base, following orders from initial call through order entry and delivery of product.
  • Source for new leads and develop a network via cold-calling and other prospecting/networking techniques
  • As per demand, source promotional products from our reliable suppliers and match price range and need as identified by client
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and retain existing clients.
  • Create targeted new strategies that open pipelines and attract new clients.
  • Proactively identifying and anticipating client needs to uncover new opportunities
  • Explore, Learn and Promote new products to your clients.
  • Work with management to set strategy and objectives for lead generation.
  • Coordinate with management on outbound activities to help generate new business.
  • Establish a strategy for opening opportunities with new or lapsed clients.
  • Manage day to day activities for new business strategy and lead generation campaigns – track new business contacts/CRM database and follow-up.
  • Skilled in retail/wholesale account management – experience with multiple channels of trade & key vendors.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, be proactive and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close leads
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively time manage simultaneous projects with conflicting timelines
  • Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged.
  • Attention to detail, organized and results oriented.
  • Excellent time-management and organizing skills in a self-paced work environment
  • Ability to learn new technology on the job to work efficiently
  • Knowledge of Artwork, Mockups, Tiered pricing, Embroidery, Screen Printing, Laser Engraving and other decoration techniques will be an asset.
  • Strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, Publisher) and knowledge of CRM/ERP systems like QuickBooks will be an asset.
  • Knowledge in Graphic Designing, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop will be an asset but not required.
  • Ability to travel for meetings and cold calls in Calgary Area and surroundings.
  • Able to work Mon-Fri 9-5 from our Calgary Office.
  • Valid driving license required.
  • 3 previous job references, pass a background check and Education certificate/degree required.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
